Ian, a United States Naval Academy graduate, pursued a career as a Navy SEAL officer. He was trusted to lead diverse teams of US and allied forces on various missions, ranging from combat operations to roles within a US Embassy. A Bronze Star Medal recipient, along with the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with Valor Device and two Combat Action Ribbons, Ian continues his service, leading SEALs as a Lieutenant Commander in the Naval Reserves. Following an 8-year active-duty tenure, he earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, specializing in entrepreneurship, finance, and small business management. Ian acquired City Wide Facility Solutions of San Diego in 2022 and its West Los Angeles branch in 2023.

Rhett is an alumnus of George Mason University, with certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Kaizen Event Leadership, and Legacy Leadership. He orchestrates, manages, and supervises all operational aspects of City Wide Facility Solutions in San Diego, guaranteeing the creation and execution of effective operations and economic systems to satisfy the organization's present and future requirements.   

Hailing from the Siberian province of Russia, Yuliya is an alumna of the esteemed Sibirskiy Federalny Universitet. She has played various roles at City Wide Facility Solutions in San Diego, contributing to both the Accounting and Operations departments. As the current Director of Operations, she oversees the guidance, direction, and growth of the Facility Solution Manager and Contract Compliance Manager teams. Additionally, she sets performance targets and streamlines processes. Her account management duties encompass conducting ride-alongs with managers, engaging in active communication with clients for retention, and managing portfolios. Yuliya has been a part of City Wide since 2014.

Juli completed her undergraduate studies at Augustana College, majoring in both Business and French, and went on to earn her MBA from the University of Iowa with a double concentration in Marketing and Finance. She now manages the sales and marketing department at City Wide Facility Solutions in San Diego, where she leads the sales team through training and development and devises marketing strategies for brand promotion. As a top-tier Diamond Level sales executive, Juli has ranked #1 twice nationally and consistently ranks in the top 10. Juli heads the Enterprise Division developing and nurturing relationships with premier clients. Her contributions have been pivotal to City Wide's success since she joined the company in 2010.

Jeff served as an Aviation Firefighter in the US Navy for eight years and possesses a Class B California Contractor license. He is at the helm of the construction department team at City Wide Facility Solutions in San Diego, managing all building maintenance projects. His qualifications include the OSHA 30-hour and EM 385-1-1 Construction Safety Hazard Awareness for Contractors licenses. Jeff supervises the local team of Project Managers, construction site crews, inspectors, heavy equipment operators, and general laborers.

Monique is an alumna of San Diego State University, holding a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and a minor in Women's Studies. Boasting over three decades of experience in Corporate Accounting, she is proficient in Accounts Receivable/Payable, Payroll, General Ledger, and the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements. Currently, she holds a pivotal role at City Wide Facility Solutions, serving both the San Diego and West Los Angeles branches. As the head of the accounting department, Monique is in charge of preparing financial statements, managing taxes, conducting audits, ensuring accounting compliance, overseeing banking activities, and handling budgets. Since joining City Wide in 2019, she has played a key role in the company's financial decision-making processes.
